Call for the spring´s ordinary General Meeting – 1/2026…

In accordance with Article 16 of the Horizontal Property Act and the instructions given by the President, the ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the community is hereby convened. The meeting will be held at SUOMELA/Girasol on 14 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on first call and, if the required majority of ownership shares is not reached at the first call, at 10:30 a.m. on second call. Administrator’s briefing hours on May

ADMINISTRATOR´S BRIEFING HOURS ON MAY:  thursday the 15th and wednesday the 28th, at 10.00 a.m.

Property manager class on Wednesdays at 10-11 am

The property manager’s hour will be moved from Thursday to Wednesday. The time will remain the same, the property manager can be reached from 10:00 to 11:00.

Autumn meeting is 23.11.2024, new place is Pacosin tupa

The time of the autumn meeting is 23 November 2024 at 10:00. Registration starts at 9:30. New place is Pacosin tupa.

Uniform collection containers under the air source heat pumps

Uniform collection containers will be distributed by the housing company to collect condensate from air source heat pumps.

The keys to the gate

At the autumn -23 general assembly, the practices related to the gate key were reiterated: “The size of the apartment determines how many keys each residential property has received. The aim is to keep the number of additional keys as small as possible. In the event of a change of ownership, all keys must be handed over to the new owner. It was decided that in the future, the master’s certificate will indicate how many gate keys the property owner has has been handed over.”

In addition to this, the board decided that the price of the additional key will be €100/piece in the future.

Regular insect control

In general areas of Girasol, such as in front of drains, insect control treatment is carried out regularly every two months. The work is carried out by the Europest Higiene Ambiental company. The next control will be done around January 21, 2024 or in the next few days. Apartment owners have the option to order, if they wish, a pest control treatment for their own apartment at the same time. The owner of the apartment is responsible for the costs of treating the apartments, and the housing company is responsible for the common areas.
